I am a fountain pen enthusiast, blogger, and self-proclaimed pen addict, who started on this fountain pen hobby in late 2010.
I have always loved stationery since I was a young child, and I love colourful things and beautiful writing. Ever since a fellow left-handed friend showed me his TWSBI Diamond 530 fountain pen, I’ve been hooked onto fountain pens. I started acquiring various fountain pens to try out, and am still doing so today. At some point I decided to embark on the journey of curating my experiences with fountain pens via this blog, On Fountain Pens. All my perspectives are written from a leftie’s point of view, although not always explicitly stated. Today, On Fountain Pens is one of the leading fountain pen blogs in Singapore, and is also known in the fountain pen community outside the country.
I am a member and ex-administrator of the Singapore Fountain Pen Lovers community, which has a Facebook page on which fountain pen enthusiasts who are Singaporeans or who are living in Singapore gather to talk pens. Once in a while I also help organize and coordinate monthly pen meets and other interactive events that we have for this awesome group. We have all kinds of people from various walks of life, and we can never get enough of pens!

At The Sheaffer Centennial launch event in 2013, I was a guest speaker giving a speech about my Sheaffer No Nonsense pen, and why it was a memorable pen for me.
During the First Southeast Asia Danitrio Maki-e Pen Event 2013, I was the emcee opening the event and I also did a tiny bit of PR for Fook Hing Trading Co., the host of the event.
I was one of the bloggers featured on Pen Heaven’s blog, as they talked about stationery bloggers’ review of 2014. I listed the Kaweco Skyline fountain pen as my favourite of 2014.
I was invited to an “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) session on Grouphunt Singapore. Had a good time answering the questions that people asked. It’s a good chance for you to get to know me better!
